Lastly, we didn't see any bins for recycling. It pains me to write this since everything else about the hotel was great and just what I expected from this hotel chain.

Since I wasn’t able to get a good night’s sleep during our 4-night stay, I don’t think I’ll be able to stay here again. We were given a comforter (?) to sleep on top of to provide another layer of cushion, but it didn’t do much to help. We asked the front desk for another room with a (possibly) softer mattress, but they said that all of them had the same mattresses. Also, the mattress was a bit too firm, which wasn’t great with my back issues.

Every other day housekeeping did a great job. However, I thought it was odd since the hotel was not very busy while we were there. Since we were leaving the next day we didn’t complain or bring it to anyone’s attention. We pressed the button on our door for housekeeping to come by, but when we returned about 9 hours later they hadn’t come to take care of the room. One day we didn’t leave the hotel until around noon. There were plenty of outlets in the room but no USB ports. The bathroom counter was big and spacious. I really appreciated that there was a fan in the bathroom, which is often a rarity in hotels.

Our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet and we couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. The hotel was very clean, including the rooms, parking lot, common areas, pool, and fitness center. the woman who took care of us at breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional at all times, esp. This hotel nearly completely met our expectations for a HIE property.
